International Residents (areas outside the United States)
We ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, JCEX to every country outside of the United States as long as it is a deliverable mailing address. Once the package has reached the customer country, the package will be passed along to your country local postal service. If available, we highly suggest using a Post Office Box (PO Box) address to ensure delivery.
The customer is also responsible for payment of any country taxes/duties which vary and depend solely on your country set standards. We are not responsible in the event of these charges. We will attempt to use a lower declared value amount so that the packages will not be charged a duty, however we cannot guarantee your country duty office will accept. The customer has the right to refuse the charges, however a refund WILL NOT be issued for your purchase due to these fees.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are NOT responsible for non-delivery, lost or shipping delays due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. It is the customer duty to provide correct, valid shipping information at checkout. In the event an address change is required, please notify us as soon as possible in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped address information can not be updated, changed or altered.
In the event the customer would like us to reship items, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $5.99 fee for Reprocessing & Handling.
Returned packages due to non-delivery (because of an invalid mailing address) are subject to a 5.99 restock fee (for postage cost) should the customer wish to cancel their order at that time.
Please be advised that although we take every necessary precaution to ensure your package will be delivered in a timely manner, we are not responsible for the delays incurred by each carrier and/or international clearance delays as these matters are beyond our control. In addition, we are also not responsible for the carriers omittance from providing updated tracking information as this too is beyond our control.
If you have not received your package within 45 days after it has been shipped, please contact us at email@example.com so we can properly rectify the situation.
